I have been taking cellmass 2.0 for more than a decade now and it is a game changer. I take a scoop an hour before workout and this stuff definitely helps out with the pumps and there is a noticeable size difference within just a few days. I recommend this supplement to anyone I workout with.

I have been experiencing some fatigue after my workouts so wanted to get an additional supplement to combat that with. After researching, I found this to be my best option. The taste is great in my opinion, maybe a bit sweeter than expected. Taking post workout seems to be helping with that fatigue and helping me be more refreshed for my next workout.

Tastes great mixed well and provides great hydration

BSN products are great quality, and this is no different! Cellmass is a great addition for your workout diet. I use it post workout for recovery/muscle fatige/soreness, and also contains 5g of creatine (mono/hydro/anhydrous) which is also good for recovery, as well as muscle growth and hydration. The powder is very fine and mixes easily, and dissolves without clumps. The ONLY gripe I have (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), is the flavor selections. Cell Mass only comes in fruity flavors, none of which I'm a fan of. Not only that, but even if I was a fan of the flavor selection I personally don't like mixing fruit flavors with things like Chocolate, Vanilla, or any other common flavors of protein powders, so I end up having to make a seperate mixture for and use Cell Mass on its own, vs being able to mix it in with a protein shake. This is more personal preference though, but also a testament to the quality of BSN products, as is rather deal with a flavor I'm not a huge fan of and reap the benefits of the product, vs using other post workout recovery products on the market! Overall Cell Mass is a solid product and a solid addition to your workout regimen!

I love products from BSN and I’m very happy I can purchase them on Amazon. It mixes great taste delicious I just hope it’s doing what it’s supposed to lol I work out about five days a week, but I honestly couldn’t tell you if this item is doing what it supposed to. I really wouldn’t know. But I’ve always trusted BSN for the pre-workout, proteins, and amino products

I absolutely love Cellmass as a post workout. I'm on my second jug of Arctic Berry and really like the flavor- it's fruity, but not too terribly sweet. It is a really small scoop, and mixes very easily, so no chunks or sludge like consistency. I will agree with the others that the serving size is kinda low in terms of the amount of creatine and BCAAs you're getting per scoop (and also agree that the "per day" labeling is deceptive and annoying), but I pair this with Bullnox preworkout so i'm offsetting some of that. I like my postworkout to provide a slight energy boost and a calming effect to help get my heart rate down and curb the desire to die pulsing through my body. Cellmass does a great job of both of those elements. Ignore the reviews that say "I DID 112 MORE CURLS AFTER TAKING THIS," that's not what this is for. If you want a nice smooth come down that will hold you over until you're able to eat or have a proper post workout shake, this is for you. Highly recommended.
