I have to be very careful not to pull up too quickly as the floss-holding "U" gizmo comes off and is a choking hazard. Would work okay for people whose teeth do not fit tightly to each other. Went to a local store and picked up something similar that is designed differently so that as you pull up it cannot pop out of the handle.
