**Q: Can this sensor pair to a 2004 suburban without the tool? GM sensors have a programming process that pairs the sensors to the vehicle.**
A: Sorry! Can'y honestly answer your question. I do use Autel MX sensors, but I don't know if the GM OEM process can program them.
Although Autels MX can duplicate OEM  sensors using the copy feature of Autels TPMS tools.
You just copy the OEM data into the tool then program the sensor accordingly.
