Great for lumbar support, but after being used for a few months it starts to loose its shape. I still use it but it doesn't feel as firm when I first got it (which makes sense because I use ut everyday)

The original ones had phenomenal balance between firmness and give. I have two grey ones. Tried to reorder two more, and they are so soft that they don't support the back at all anymore. They also do not seem to have enough material to fill up the sleeve, which I would guess is the problem. Using less material to save cost, providing a less helpful product at the same proce.

The pillow is comfortable overall, and on the softer side. Not overly firm. The look and feel of the pillow itself is high quality and seems like a decent value for the money spent.

最初は高さが10㎝ほどあるので高すぎるかなと思いましたが、実際に横寝（脇腹の辺）で使ってみると体重で２～3㎝位に圧縮され、私にはピッタリだった。巾はやや狭い感じですが、表面がよく滑るので寝返りしても意外と外れません。寝腰痛で1カ月近く悩んでいたが、不思議なことに一週間位の使用でほぼ完治しました！！
