Have enjoyed the slippers regularly for 5 years. The bottoms finally are getting holes, but the uppers are still in good shape and still comfortable.\nOrdering another pair today Follow-up. Receiving the new pair reminds me that they are quite tight initially but loosen up nicely

I am a size 11 this slipper (XL) fits perfectly. I think for a size 12 you might consider a larger size. the memory foam is really soft compared to other memory foam slippers. my estimate would be 6-9 months before I consider buying a new pair.
