However, the anxiety, specifically, my strong tendency to ruminate is often overwhelming and drains my happiness.I've recently heard of studies linking anti-anxiety drugs to Alzheimer's and other neurological diseases. No thank you! I'M NOT SUGGESTING STOPPING OR CHANGING YOUR DOSE if you are on anti-anxiety medication. BUT, please talk to your doctor about these new studies and consider replacing them with this supplement because...It really works for me. I can take one in the morning and it calms my repetitive ruminating thoughts that drain me. I've tried St. John's Wort tea which did nothing for me. This blend works as well as Ativan ever did with no side effects for me. I keep saying "for me" because I want to instill the idea that just because this works for me and my chemistry it doesn't mean it will work for you.
