Saved my life when I had huge pills to take that could be crushed... and I had to travel! This doesn't have a pill cutter blade so I could take it on the airplane. It was easy to store the pills and crush them in this. It might take a few tries to get it into a perfectly fine powder, but the screw top design made it easy to crank. Also easy to wash and relatively small.

Buy this item, seriously. Works on the smallest tablet and after a couple of rotations the tablet is turned into a fine powder. Has made my life so much easier. You can also lift cap on top of the lid and store some of your tablets. Very refreshing to find an item that actuslly works as well as you'd hoped.
