This small speaker has reasonably good sound. A little anemic in the bass range, as you would expect, but nice, clear sound with good definition. Whatever "bassup" is supposed to mean is unclear - there are no settings or controls for that, nor is it mentioned in the materials that came with it. Battery life has been impressive so far. Overall, it's a sturdy, well-built little unit. All functions work well - pairing was straightforward, charging is easy, audible signals when starting up are useful. Good deal for the price.

This is my second purchase, which says more than a long review probably could. It’s simple to use, connects fast, and the sound is surprisingly good for the size. Loud enough for a patio, garage, kitchen, travel, or just moving around the house without feeling bulky. Holy moly does it pack a punch. I wanted something to replace my Alexa as a Bluetooth speaker, that won't listen to me all the time and I love Soundcore earbuds so this was a no brainer on sale. It's as loud as Alexa, more so easily and crisp. From hip-hop to classical, it all sounds amazing in whatever room I'm in. Never imagined such power in such a small, durable and affordable package. It was easy to pair and I love the rubbery coating so I can carry it around and not worry about it slipping outta my grip easily. It's also harder for the cat to scooch off an edge.

Before anyone gets any ideas, this will not deliver studio monitor sound. For the money it's an awesome little speaker. The highs are clear, the mid range is good, and it does deliver some bass. It lasts a good amount of time on a charge even straight out of the box, and it easily pairs with whatever device you may be using. I wasn't expecting much, but I was surprised and satisfied.

Why a 5 star when it looks so filthy??? I received this item USED. I ordered New. Used came in a plastic wrapper. No manual, just usb and the speaker. I let amazon know i can send photos but they said theres no need so im posting here in case anyone else is sent something used. We scheduled a return and replacement. They ended up sending me a new one. The sound quality is amazing for the price. Ive been a loyal anker customer.. My buds, my headset and now portable speaker is anker! I went with anker because everything ive owned so far sounds great, the battery lasts a long time and its so easy to use.

I’m so happy with this Anker speaker! Great speakers for a great price! It says it’s waterproof too. Doesn’t require much charging and I’ve had no issues with connecting devices. I love the colour and the sound is superb! Makes watching movies feel like a cinematic experience - you can really feel the bass too, especially with music! It’s light and portable and a good size for a speaker.

If you place it on your forehead, you can hear each speaker doing different sounds. Similar to surround sound. Basic. Turn on first to connect. Works with and without app. Has a mini AUX inlet plug. Buttons easy to use even without looking. Charges fast. Item is as described and photo graphed exactly. I noted there is no clip, handle or way to carry it, as is only. I grabbed this to go out with and home use. Portability. You need a pocket, purse, backpack, hip pack with etc. Medium soft rubber cover. I usually lay it on its back to direct the sound upwards, which is amazing. There is after market covers 👍 I will be grabbing a Ankor soundcore 3 soon and gifting this 2. I hope this helps, I am 100% satisfied with Ankor SoundCore 2. It is a lot of bang for the price(on sale especially) However, note the photos, read the specifications. If you need a clip or handle? They sell cases. If you want REALLY loud music, you may want to consider 80/200 watts depending on your needs. This for me is for single room use and walking. And it's perfect.

Ho acquistato questa cassa bluetooth in un momento in cui gli speaker del mio portatile hanno deciso di non funzionare piu ma non mi aspettavo che diventasse un elemento centrale nella mia routine quotidiana. LATI POSITIVI: 1) La prima cosa che salta all'occhio è la sua QUALITA' COSTRUTTIVA: la cassa è incredibilmente solida, non plasticosa, compatta e con quel feeling di robustezza che ti permette di lanciarla nello zaino prima di uscire senza preoccuparti. Ancora anker si dimostra di saper il fatto suo nel mondo dell'audio , con un prodotto che non sembra affatto economico e trasmettendo una grande affidabilità. 2) L'USO che ne faccio è dei piu disparati. In auto è diventata la mia compagna di viaggio (non avendo una radio) , ma dove mi ha stupito di piu è nel mio angolo dedicato allo studio musicale. Spesso la utilizzo per backing tracks / accompagnamento mentre mi esercito tra chitarra e basso: i BASSI SONOOTTIMI , riesci a sentirli in maniera molto pulita e dettagliata per essere una cassa di questo calibro e di queste dimensioni. difficilmente trovi questa qualità su questa fascia di prezzo ! 3) BLUETOOTH FULMINEO e STABILE, il che rende tutto molto veloce e fluido quando la collego al pc per ascolti quotidiani (serie, musica, film) 4) sono rimasto felicemente sorpreso dalla GRANDE DURATA della BATTERIA. Un grande vantaggio per evitare di ricordarsi di caricarla ogni giorno (personalmente la carico ogni 4/5 giorni , la durata dichiarata è uguale a quella effettiva) LATI NEGATIVI: Qui c'è in realtà poco da dire ma va detto 1) Bisogna sempre considerare che la cassa ha dei limiti strutturali (hardware) legati alla sua natura "consumer" : ho provato a collegarla a DAW (solitamente uso logic) per sessioni di produzione musicale (input strumento , output cassa) e ho riscontrato un certo Delay ; pensando fosse un limite del bluetooth ho provato a collegarla via cavo ma il problema non va via. E' un dettaglio che va tenuto a mente ma niente che scalfisca minimamente il giudizio complessivo. IN SINTESI se cercate un dispositivo che facile da usare, potente e capace di restituire un suono pieno restando in dimensioni fisiche compatte , questo è l'acquisto corretto. Eccezionale nel complesso.
