After just ONE wash the flag patch started coming off significantly. Can't wear this anymore. I've bought similar hats before and it took months before this started happening which is expected but not after just one wash.If sewing the patch is too expensive then make sure your glue is spot on. It is a one size fits all, but I would be surprised if a small headed person would fit this well without having to overlap the snap hole straps in the back. I have grown to like velcro over snap holes because it is easy to take off and connect to a backpack.This USA hat was made in China, I would have preferred a made in the USA. I eagerly await the day when Made in USA (or other countries) is an option on the Amazon search function.Update after few months:The hat fits great and looks great, but the flag is halfway off the front. It looks like it was ironed on and the sticky did not hold. So I got some light grey thread and sewed it on there.
