I sprinkled a capsule into milk, left it at room temperature for 24 hrs, and found an impressively set yogurt! All from an unrefrigerated capsule, so clearly it's potent when despatched and remains so stored in a cool, dark cupboard for 2 weeks. Hopefully longer. Like the packaging and thoughtful insert to prevent whatever it's supposed to safeguard against. My only issue and the reason for a dropped star is the inadequate labelling. How much of each strain and is this 90% acidophilus? Why obfuscate... P. S. Yes, acidophilus main strain, contents listed in descending order of quantity.
