Initially I sort of liked it when I made the first cup. But after I got to bottom of the cup it had a kind of odd chemical taste - almost plasticky. (was made in a glass mug - just fyi). The lemon is the forward flavor. I will not be purchasing this flavor again, however, I don't like to rate on personal taste preferences or how weird my tongue is. It is a powdered bone broth mix that met it's advertising - so for that - five stars. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. Thus “lemon/ginger” flavored bone broth has absolutely no flavor whatsoever.

The lemon and ginger flavor come through well but the chicken flavor is not very appetizing. I do not plan to purchase again.
