How would i cook this in my instant pot? thank you.

Instant Pot works great. Equal parts rice to water. I use 2 cups rice:2 cups water. Set pressure cook for 3 minutes, then natural release which takes 10+ minutes. Perfect every time. Got this method from America’s Test Kitchen.

Is it sella rice or just basmati?

Usually, if rice package label does not say "Sela rice" it is basmati rice. Daawat does not say Sela on label. It is a delicious rice.
