We love this shaver. We have used it all during summer. Professional grade without Professional price. This machine is heavy duty and will last for years to come. It is also a very fast shaver. You will have a bit of clean up if doing it it hotter climate due to ice melting while shaving but other than, great buy. You could use this to make money shaving ice that's how fast and effective it is.

My wife and kids absolutely love this machine. So much nicer then the plastic flimsey one wwe replaced it with. Produces some amazing shaved ice. My only complaint is the amount of water it drips everywhere when done. The inside has spots that just hold on to ice shavings and no way to clean it out after run it. So it melts down and creates a giant puddle of water every time we run it. Great if doing a handful or a large amount for kids party. To do one or 2 cups for kids at night after diner is usually a disaster

We love this machine. It's well-built and produces a lot of shaved ice in a small amount of time. It does not make the ice powdery and soft (hence the shaved ice) so know what you're getting and temper expectations if you're looking for the really fine stuff. However, we've had a couple of different machines over the years and find this to be the best one for cranking out cold treats when groups of kids come over.
