We bought the chainsaw w/orange&grey buttons. It works about helf the time when he pushes the button down. It doesnt stay running. Is it supposed to?

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear that. Please contact customerservice@sunnydaysent.com for assistance. Thank you!

Can you buy just the battery pack?

Hello! We do not sell the battery pack seperatly. I apologize for the inconvience.

Does it actually rev when pressing the button like the photo says?

In order to get the "rev" effect, you have to click the power button repeatedly. If you hold the power button down, you just hear a steady idle.
