I ordered these for my tween daughter that gets bad period cramps and I tested them too. They are really staying hot for at least 10 hours. We even wait before putting them in the garbage. They help with period cramps. They don't make noise and are comfy. There is no smell to it either. I've bought many more packages afterwards.

Purchased for a girlfriend who struggles with aches & period pains. She was delighted with the warming results and the ease of symptoms during wear. The pad was comfortable and did not move for the whole duration. Results driven product & great value for money!

Great product for menstrual cramps. My daughter received some as part of a gift basket and loved them so much that we keep stock in the house for those really bad cramps days. Totally recommend !!!
