Perfect fit for 2012 Nissan Quest
I have used many brands, many will have slightly larger edge foam and makes it difficult to tuck in the air filter. However this one fits perfectly fine, and I was able to close the lid without issues. Price is fair, the quality feels about same as other brands I have used. Nissan quest has an unfriendly design that makes installation a bit uncomfortable, so if the air filter does not fit exactly it will be a battle to close the 2 straps on the long edge side. This Kax one was my first time trying and it feels very decent quality. So far Iโve not noticed anything unusual, gas mileage is the same. It says itโs a 150000 miles but Iโd go with 1 year 10k miles standard. Overall Iโll buy this for my next maintenance.

fits in airbox as it should
This air filter fits much better than the previous i bought for the 2017 nissan Maxima

Works better and longer at the same or lower price.
This filter has greater efficiency and greater capacity than the competition at a similar or lower price. My previous filter, an oiled gauze product may have slightly less resistance and greater capacity but sacrifices efficiency. It could be washed and re-oiled but it must be washed and re-oiled. A 20,000 mile filter at this price is well worth the switch and I see no performance difference.

Not easy at all
Not a simple replacement at all in my 2015 Infiniti QX60. If you're a shade tree mechanic you could do it. Most aren't. Several things have to be moved to get to the engine air filter.
