This label maker is easy to use and prints decent labels. The app works well and you can probably get by without getting the subscription. I did wind up subscribing just to get some layout ideas from the templates that you get access to with the subscription, but it's not really necessary. My only tip would be to make sure you increase the darkness of the print in the settings if you are printing small text.

I'm trying really hard to love this printer. There are some issues that are just holding me back and part of me wants to give this printer a 5 and part of me wants to give it a 1 so here are the details: Pro: The label printer is small and though it does require that you install their app to use it the install is small. The app is fairly straightforward and easy to use on my iPad. I'm positive it would be the same on a phone I just haven't used it that way yet. There are a bunch of saved templates and I found one that works quite well. You can adjust the settings for Font, drag and stop where you want the text to be and adjust all those settings with ease. The connection to the printer is very quick and easily connected. The printer is small and rechargeable so you can literally carry it in a large pocket or in your hand easily. The printing is crisp and tearing the paper is easy and the labels stick well. Con: These items would be so easy to fix so it's frustrating that it's not done. The first issue is that you can't use just any printer paper even though it's the same sizes. You can only purchase Nimbot labels. Really? If you're going to make me purchase your labels give the device away and make your money there but don't make me pay $66 for a printer and then buy only your labels. And make it much easier to see that you have to purchase proprietary labels so people don't get stuck using the labels and then find out they can't use other labels. But the main con and this one is a HUGE problem for me: YOU CAN NOT BUY THE SAME LABEL THAT SHIPS WITH THE PRINTER!. Yes you read that correctly, the printer is shipped with a 70 x 40 label. Remember you can't use other labels so you go to the Nimbot store and the closest you can come is buying a 40 x 70 label. I have yet to order those labels but hopefully the template that I have will flip easily and print the exact same as what I've been using. I have gone through totes of various items and created containers on a shelf with labels to find things easily and changing the label or changing the way it's printed will stick out like a sore thumb. I just think it's horrible that you ship a roll of labels with a printer and then that exact label is not available for purchase. Finally I have yet to figure out how to remove text from a label template. The text doesn't print and you still type the text you want over it but it's just distracting to have things behind what you want to type and not a blank slate to use. I am NOT saying that you shouldn't buy this printer. Overall I might purchase this again I just wish I knew the limitations and the label issues in advance. I also think if you're forcing me to buy your labels that those labels should be dirt cheap or the printer itself should be a giveaway. That said it was set up quickly and easily. The connection and printing are quick and work well. The printer has performed it's functions quite well and dare I say above expectations. It's just the issues with the labels leave a sore taste in my mouth. Update 02-06-23 I’ve revised my review from 3 to 4 stars. As frustrating as it was that the same label that ships couldn’t be purchased I have to admit that the number of labels it’s printed has lasted me well. Not only that this little machine has very good build quality. It’s been knocked over, dropped etc and still prints as well as day 1. Maybe I was a little harsh with the rating because of the paper. I still can’t give it a 5 when you can’t buy the label paper they ship with the label. That makes no sense.

I love this little label maker! We are currently moving, so I need to pack a lot of stuff! This label maker makes life much easier. I like that the label is not that small compared to my old label printer. It's big enough but not too big to be put on every box. I like the APP and the Bluetooth feature. I also like that it has a lithium battery so that I can carry it everywhere without plugging in anytime. My label maker works like a champ right now. Hopefully, it will not have any problems in the near future. But I saw they have a one-year replacement service. I will see how that service goes if something happens in the year.

Complete waste of money. I haven't been able to print 1 label. Frequent Bluetooth disconnects. It'll stay connected for about 2-3 seconds then disconnect, then reconnect then after about 3-4 times of it I have to restart the printer to just get disconnected after 3 seconds. When I have it up and press print on a label it just disconnects and says it's not connected

Very little information on setting up this product. Could not get it to work on my desktop. Test sheet would not line up on the label and there are not instructions to help. Not even sure that I will be able to use the unit. What a waste of money.

Appareil bien emballé, arrivé rapidement et en parfait état. La connection avec l'application sur Android et sur PC s'est faite sans problème. Petite difficulté, je n'avais pas compris que les rouleaux d'étiquettes n'étaient pas reconnus et qu'il fallait entrer manuellement leur référence pour bien cadrer l'impression. Les modèles sont tellement nombreux que j'ai renoncé à choisir et préparé un modèle simple car mes besoins eux-mêmes sont basiques : mes casiers à outils et à matériaux et, pas encore expérimenté, l'étiquetage de câbles. D'autres besoins viendront sûrement !

I loves it, even my sister loves it as well sometimes she borrowed it for weeks and I want it back. The product is very good for printing anything you need, the quality of the print is clear and very sharp, I read an instruction from the box telling me where to download a app for this product, it very easy to follow and even my sister can do it too she not techy minds. The only trouble is finding the labels you need from amazon there only a few for the product and expensive I would have like to see more labels out there. What in the box...there the machine, label inside it, charging cable and instruction, that it.

Funktioniert gut, aber druckqualität bei 203 dpi ist für mich zu schlecht, 300 muss schon sein. An sonsten das Gerät ist sehr gut, ganz einfache einrichtung, Batterie hält sehr lange! Ich würde gleiches Gerät mit 300 dpi druckkopf noch mal kaufen.
