Fits well.

Took a min to align the right side but with some patience, I was able to align correctly. Solid fit and looks great in place on MY 2026!

it was challenging to install and get it to 'snaps into place. once it was. its performing as intended.

These are a simple solution that worked perfectly in my Model Y Juniper. It seems that Tesla should have solved this themselves. Hearing plenty of stories about items getting trapped in the under seat vents and driving people crazy. Problem solved!

Normally I wouldn't give only 3 stars for a product that looks good, fits well and works but it seems the manufacturer overlooked the amount of give/elasticity that the exhisting 2026 Tesla cabin air intake cover has. Installation seemed straight forward. You are supposed to just snap the new cover over the old cover but, neither my wife nor I could force the new screen to snap onto the old screen. Eventually I tried a little silicon lub to the clips and I was able to force one clip on but the original cover seemed like it could snap under any more force or pressure. This is when I realized that maybe what the installation needed was a sudden light force on each clip area instead of increasing slow or constant pressure. After carefully aligining the clips on the new screen on top of the original screen I used a small wooden mallet to tap the clips into place. This worked perefectly for me. Just know that this product's instruction came with instructions labeling this as a model y air OUTLET grill instead INLET grill, the instruction photos werre so dark and the written instructions were so small as to be almost unusable and, even though there were only 2 pieces to clip into place (and this looks perfect), instructions indicated there was a third middle piece which i never saw. Once again I am liking and keeping the product but be aware installation may come with some difficulties. I sincerely hope this review helps someone.

The air vent cover did not fit properly; it rattled when installed.

Not much to say about these - they fit, they were as easy to install as any other Tesla air filter would be (which is really hard because of how Tesla designed my 3 - supposedly it's easier to replace these things in newer models), and they seem to be filtering the air. I had let my first filters go too long, so I can't be sure if this issue is with the new filters or something in the air system itself, but periodically when I start the car, there will be a few minutes of a difficult-to-describe smell that I find unpleasant, but doesn't seem to be mold or mildew. It dissipates after a bit, and then things are fine from there. I can't in good conscience blame these filters for this since my old ones came out very badly clogged, but it's still something you might want to keep a nose out for.

The product itself is quality manufactured and they even provide the tools to change it out. The link to the replacement video is good as well but the video is a little ordinary. I went to YouTube and found another that was outstanding. I don't seem to be able to find it again but it was something like "Al's Garage" or some such. I wouldn't use the small allen key tool because the screw is in a very difficult to get at place. Use your own and it is a breeze.
