The Gateless Gate Meditation Journey

Very relaxing. Helps with staying in tuned and relax.

This is a replacement copy. An ex took my other one. I enjoy it very much. Extremely helpful and very comforting.

I really enjoyed this meditation CD. It is a guided meditation journey, with definite Buddhist slant. It is great to listen to with headphones on, as stereo audio is used very effectively. It is also nice and long: 70 minutes, so you get your money's worth. It's done in the same "virtual reality" format as his "Temple of Light" CD, which I also love. If you are into Buddhism, or just meditation for mindfulllness and insight, you should enjoy both of these. It uses relaxation and hypnotics to begin with, which you are prompted out of at the very end. It is best enjoyed when you can totally relax, with no disruptions. A great audio escape!

All his cds are magnificiant. What a wonderful soothing voice. The detailed description help you get into the moment and visualize. I buy all his cds.

Relaxing and meditative.

One of my favorite meditations!

I've owned this CD for many years. I pull it out when I can't sleep, and this CD has broken cycles of sleep problems. Dick Sutphen takes you into a state of deep relaxation.

probably one of my most favourite meditation cd's of all time, i hope the author does more of this kind soon because i have used it for a few years now and need a new journey...if you like imaginary guided meditation journeys then my guess is you will love this one
