Love It!
The Nutr does everything. It makes hot, room temperature and tepid milk of any type. It also makes hot chocolate. I use cold water to make cold milk that I need to use immediately. Easy to clean and store!!! I original order the item from the manufacture and that was a nightmare. I checked on Amazon to see if they had a sale and not only was it on sale, it was less than the Nutr site. I tried the cancel the product within minutes of ordering it and it was impossible because you will never speak to a human. You can only communicate via email and that is only after they read your submission. So just imagine emailing back and forth and how each email it taking at least 24 hrs to get a response. Save yourself from a headache and get it from Amazon. By the way, the product still took 2.5 weeks to arrive from Nutr. Once I received it they wanted to charge me to return it. Again, save yourself the headache and purchase it from Amazon. I had the item within 3 days.

Disappointed
I bought the Nutr machine in the middle of May and it's now the end of June. Started out loving it, I would make an Oatmilk Matcha on the warm setting once or twice a day every single day. After while I noticed the sound of the machine changed a little bit from how it was originally. So I thought maybe I should only use the warm setting on occasion instead of daily. So I started warming my water up in a tea kettle and making my Oatmilk Matchas on the room temp setting and the machine's sound went back to normal so I didn't think anything about it and continued just using the room temp setting. Until now when the machine has completely stopped working. I'm highly disappointed because I can no longer return the Nutr machine and I feel like it's not something made to be used every single day.

Low quality
So Iโve had a chance to use this thing for 7 months now. It started out really well in that it blends things and makes good milk. However, the internal gears are starting to make a grinding noise. Not sure how much longer itโs going to last for 200$. And itโs easy to use IF you can see the teeny tiny writing on the teeny tiny buttons. And the tiny buttons are so close together that itโs difficult to touch the one you are after. An irritation for sure. And lastly, itโs not that easy to clean. If u use the heat function then it immediately begins to stain at the bottom and it canโt be removed entirely. I expected A LOT more from this machine because of all the hype. My guess is that this thing will last about another 6 months if Iโm lucky. I would gladly pay the price for a GOOD machine that will last. This one isnโt it. I would consider other brands if I was to do this again. This product is a fail. I will update this review when/if it gives out.

Good machine just donโt get wet
Itโs a good machine. Just be sure not to submerge in water because it will stop working!

Small but mighty!
This is a powerful and extremely useful machine. It makes very little pulp or Okara meaning most of the nutrients are in the end product that we consume. The options are only limited by our imagination and the amount of ingredients you have on hand. However it only has the capacity to make one to two cups at a time and if pushed it will overflow so you have to be careful. Even plain water can bubble and spill out of the pour spout if filled to the max line. It seems to function best if I place the lid on last which gives an E2 reading and beeps because it will not start without the lid being on. At that point you can gently tap the entire button to toggle through the menu options. Once the setting that you want blinks you stop pressing the button and it starts within a few seconds. That being said, I am still thrilled with the purchase even in lieu of its 8 to 12 ounce capacity and quirky start. Itโs made for small batches of delicious healthy plant milk and can also double as a latte machine because the milk comes out frothy and creamy. It does the work of a powerful blender with the benefit of reaching a very high temperature, 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

TERRIBLE for oat milk
I bought this machine because I wanted to be able to make my own oat milk with no additives, for health reasons, and the added benefits being that I'd save money and create less trash. Any nut milk maker could do the job, but I have the world's tiniest and most poorly planned kitchen, so space is at the ultimate premium, and this is the smallest one I found with good reviews. It's also nicely attractive, which is a perk. I only use oat milk. I don't like the flavor of cashew milk, and almond milk is alright but it's just not my first choice. Same with soy milk and rice milk. Oat milk has a nicely neutral flavor and just the slightest bit of natural sweetness that I strongly prefer in my morning drinks. As such, I have not tested this machine on anything but oats. It's absolutely terrible for oat milk. If oat milk is your primary preference, DO NOT BUY THIS. Or, I suspect, ANY nut milk machine. The first time I tried it, I read the instructions and saw that they suggest running the machine through two cycles for creamier oat milk, so that's what I did. I usually buy "extra creamy" oat milk in stores, so I was excited that was an option. The result was THICK, but not in a delicious, decadent CREAMY way; rather, it was thick in a stomach turning, unpleasant, MUCOSAL way. I'm talking super SLIMY, like okra slime, only thicker. I thought okay, clearly running the machine twice over processes the oats; I'd read about the possibility of slimy milk happening in the past when I was looking into making my own. So I tried again, this time running the machine for only HALF of a single process. The milk was drinkable, now, thank god. But still unfortunately had a slimy, unpleasant texture that I still found off-putting. Honestly, I really think they shouldn't have included oat milk in their marketing at all. Trying to decide if I'll sell this machine on Facebook marketplace, or keep it to make almond milk instead, but since I never really USE almond milk, I figure it'll be the former option.

Zero support when it breaks
The machine is simple enough, though the design of the buttons isn't great. But when my machine died, I cannot get ahold of Nutr for any support. There's no phone number, the chat on the website is not staffed so there's never any response and no response on the support ticket. I finally sent an email to which they responded asking me to send a video of the issue. I sent the video. No response. This is an expensive device to die within 2 months and not be able to get a replacement

So VERY Worth It
After 4+ decades as a vegetarian, I became a vegan during the quarantine. After decades of purchasing cartons and cartons and cartons of alternative milks made from nuts, seeds, and grains, I decided to make my own. I wanted to know my ingredients, to stop paying higher prices for nut milks, and to reduce my trash. I compared the size of a friend's Almond Cow (which is huge) with the nutr. The nutr is the right size for me. I make a new batch of milk every other day. I am so very pleased with this machine. It makes enough for one person to last two to three days. Love that I can use all types of ingredients from my pantry and frig to make milk. The noise of the first few swirls of the blade is loud but it does not last long. In five minutes, I have milk! AMAZING!!!

Best kitchen invention ever!
This nut milk maker is the best kitchen contraption ever! It makes smooth creamy nut milk in 5 minutes. Cashew milk and macadamia milk are the best! I've made cold drinks and hot drinks. The design is fabulous. High quality and efficient performance.
