Overall the product works well, but when laying flat on your back doing exercises, the microphone / headset is pulled down by gravity and gets too close to the mouth. Otherwise it's been very good. In normal use we did not have this problem. Perhaps in a future model, the company could provide a more firm headset extension that works in any position.Problem and Resolution: Six months after my purchase, the microphone started cutting in and out during exercise sessions. I contacted the seller who provided incredible customer service. We emailed back and forth a few times to isolate the problem. After it was determined that there was a loose connection somewhere in the microphone headset, the company sent us out a new unit. The new one is working great. However, it produces a very powerful and clean sound. I love that the battery is rechargeble and that it can be used both with 3.5mm and Bluetooth. I'd say that it is quite straightforward to use, nothing that I haven't seen so far. The build is very robust and I do believe that it is waterproof (haven't tested it yet). When I fully charged the battery firstly it worked for about 12 hours?
