The proper wiring was easy to find online but it did make me scratch my head for a few.This was for a friends golf cart and I tested everything in the charger and ruled out everything except this board. when I replaced it, the charger still would not start. as it turns out, my friend had let the batteries go completely dead. Power from the batteries is required to activate the relay on this board which in turn starts the charger. If the batteries are flat dead, the charger will not start. You can find info online about how to bypass this board and get the charger going enough to put some charge in the batteries (assuming they are still chargeable). Once there is enough of a charge to trip the relay, the charger should start at that point. Of course, this is for informational purposes only and if you are not qualified to work on electronics you should not open your golf cart charger as there are zappy bits in there that could make you dead. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Remember to look at what their instruction picture asks you to do. *by U***0 on Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2020* Overall it works well. It is an updated board, which can be confussing, at first. It actually replaces both pc boards in the power wise charger. They sent poor instructions. Whereas the instructions explain to remember where all wires are connected, you actually need to do what their picture shows. The wires will attach very differently then before but take a second to look it over. Then it will make sense. remember, you are not using the vertical board any longer. ### ⭐ Never Worked *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2021* Installed borad via YouTube videos because the instructions were not clear. Plugged cart in and nothing happened. Almost trashed the charger because I was told my an expert if the board did not fix the problem that it was not worth fixing. I ended up finding a video on the internet that showed me how to by pass the board. I did so just to make sure that it wasn't another part of the charger malfunctioning. Charger is now functioning with bypassing the board. I would not recommend doing this as a permanent solution because the charger will not turn off when batteries are fully charged.
