Send the whole set not just half of the filters I was charged. I hope the replacement will arrive soon. Very disappointed.

Ich habe Purewelle schon seit zwei Jahren und jetzt die schwarzen Filter aus Amerika gekauft...aber erst geht kein Wasser durch und dann beim Trinkwassertest den ich öfters mach fallen die Filter entgültig durch. Kein Unterschied zum Leitungswasser. Ärgerlich

I can’t run any tests on the water but I’ve listened to people who have and these are supposed to be really good
