Winter Frost White Split Plate(22 cm)

It was smaller than I expected, place a measuring tape across the plate and it measures 8.5 inches. Most plates today measure 12 inches so this looks very small compared to them. However I have found that I am satisfied with the amount of food served on this plate. Large section for vegetables, one small section for meat or other protein based food, the other or carbs ( potato, pasta, rice etc). A great way to control the portions. No fancy designs means the cost is kept down why pay for a pretty pattern when you can have the same thing for less.There are pelnty of websites to help you sort out what to do with various foods when using a portion control plate so why get a more expensive one when you get the same thing for this price.

As we are a nation of calorie counters, this plate is a great aid of portion control.. The sections shows you in simple terms how it should be presented on your plate.. It comes in a plain white colour, so un-noticeable if you are eating with others or to use It as a guide, then put your food on your normal plate..Good product..Happy with it

Fab plate, daughter loves it, calls it her special plate. Has encouraged her to increase her intake of vegetables as she likes to fill the section:-) Think it will definitely help to control her portion sizes. i like the fact it has no patterns/pictures and being glass doesn't feel like you're eating from a childs plate, unlike some of the melamine designs.

Very small and not worth the money. Wouldn't suit anyone on slimmers world. Cracked with the heat.

I have just started to use this plate so don't have any weight loss results to post just yet. the plate is small but encourages you to eat the right size portion and I found that I was full after eating the small portion. I usually have 50% more on a normal plate and still eat the whole lot as I am from 'the clear your pate, think of all those starving children' generation. Hopefully will be seeing a good eight loss very soon.

Love this plate especially that it's machine washable which is a fundamental feature I was looking for (a USP for those business people - Unique Selling Point) Also I love that it's a plain plate (ie that it doesn't have a design) As another customer said which I couldn't have put better myself so I've just copied it " Very pleased with the quality of this product. Excellent value for money in my opinion. If you need to reduce the amount of food you put on your plate, like i do, then don't hesitate..... "

DO NOT BUY!!!! Description says 6 plates. Received only 1 plate. Very misleading. Time waster!!!

I purchased them on Amazon for convenience, but be aware they end up being a little cheaper from other retailers. It came out about even since I didn’t have to pay shipping. I bought these to replace Replay plates for my children as I wanted a plastic free option, and one of my kids is very particular about food touching. We already use corelle frost white plates and bowls, so these fit nicely into our collection. I am very happy with them. As always, they are lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. I have nothing negative to say and highly recommend them! The depth of the sections is just right for solids as well as more liquidy foods—sometimes I put yogurt, syrup, etc in the smaller sections, and kiddos have no issues scooping them out.

Perfect size for lunch, dinner and they are microwave safe is what I love. I love the partition cups which kinda make it easy to put multiple items at once. Reasonably priced.
