We love this fan. It is very easy to install, and looks fantastic. When running at all speeds, it is whisper quiet, and it is great having 6 fan speed options to choose from: between very light air movement at 1 to blow your hair back air movement at 6 and lots of options in between. We also like the ability to switch the light brightnesses to what is best at the time. We did have to contact customer service after about a year because of a malfunction in the remote receiver in the fan, and they were very friendly and responsive. I sent a message it Amazon, and they replied back with their email address. Within a couple of days, they had already sent a replacement at no additional charge, as the fan was still under warranty. It's hard to find customer service like that now with most sellers, especially outside of Amazon's return window. We highly recommend this fan and this seller.

This is a really high-quality fan for the price. We have this fan running almost all the time to keep air moving and it is almost silent which we really appreciate. It is plenty large to keep the air moving comfortably in a 13 foot x 20 foot bedroom with cathedral style ceiling. It has been very durable and reliable after several years of use and zero maintenance besides cleaning the fan blades. The remote is really helpful too and controls all the features you would want including changing direction for summer or winter. I installed it with an optional 3 foot downrod because of the high sloped ceiling. 5/5 would buy again!

We purchased two of these ceiling fans for our sunroom and expected them to last much longer than they did. Just over a year after installation, one fan began smoking and emitting a strong burning odor, forcing us to disconnect it from the ceiling immediately. While we were trying to decide how to handle the situation, since we needed matching fans and didn’t want to purchase the same model again, the second fan stopped working entirely. To make matters worse, these fans were quite difficult to install. After experiencing both a potential safety issue and a complete failure of the second fan in a relatively short period of time, we ended up replacing them with a different product. Based on our experience, we were very disappointed with the reliability and longevity of these fans and would not recommend them.

Fans are nice and quiet and have a sleek look (I have a downrod and a flush mount). I did have problems with two of them but I contacted OFANTOP directly (vs thru the Amazon troubleshoot) and they had excellent costumer service and I trust I am in good hands.

I love these fans. I’ve had 3 installed for nearly 2 years and they’ve been great. I was told the installation was simple and the finish is beautiful. The lighting is good, the fans have great output and the remotes are really easy to navigate. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

This fan was the perfect replacement for our bedroom. It was a little difficult to install, but once we got it up it is great. It works very well, good air flow to the room, has a remote, is quiet and can be connected to Alexa. All positives. It also has a clean modern look. It is on the larger side so I would recommend for a bigger bedroom (although I think it does come in different sizes).

Took down old faulty Lowes brand heavy ceiling fan and replaced with this one. The fan is good quality and so much lighter and easier to hang. Easy and labeled electrical connections. Nice finish to the champaign bronze metal base. I wasn't expecting the blades to be plastic. However, they are very high grade and am pleasantly surprised how much of an upgrade they are from the old wooden style and will be a breeze to wipe clean. I had the fan installed with in twenty minutes, tops! It comes with a remote control that has direct function of all the features, including six fan speeds, fan direction, light color and saturation, on/off of fan and light. The fan can also be controlled by downloading the app on your phone, but best of all it also connects to your alexa. The fan responds to all the same features through Alexa; brightness of light,speed of fan, on/off of fan and on/off of light. The light color can be a daylight, bright white, or warm white. You do not have to worry if it puts out enough light to brightened your room;it really delivers, but also is easily dimmed to your preferred level of brightness/saturation. The fan speeds offer a gentle breeze, up to a very cooling high speed.Honestly, I couldn't rave about this fan enough. Someone finally got form, function, style, and easy installation right! I have bought 2 for my daughters rooms but will order a 3rd for me now.
