The middle one has two broken plastic pieces that could easily be replaced -- but Rove/Kure told me that because I bought it through Amazon, even though it was through their store, that they would be unable to help and I need to repackage and return this 270lb unit.Cons:1) The low build quality. For $800, two tiny plastic couplings should not be holding things together. If it's prone to breaking during shipment, it needs to be protected as such.2) The Kure line is owned by Rove, who again, told me that the only solution here was the most time consuming and challenging one possible. Instead of replacing the drawer or even apologizing directly, I was told that it was Amazons problem. I would never just rate a product poorly because of shipping, but if this policy is reflective of their values as a company, than people should be aware.3) I wouldn't recommend putting anything heavy in the shelves. If they'll break during shipping, I can't imagine that they can support a lot.Pros:1) It looks very nice.
