Ich habe bereits die kürzere Variante gekauft. Auch die längere Variante ist genau so robust, wie die kurze. Sehr gute Gummidichtungslippe!

It's Mc Alpine! Like the Rolls Royce of sanitary fitting. Worth paying a bit extra, but this can be a lot dearer from other sellers. xxx

Fitted in minutes, a smear of silicon lube on the fins made it easy, I presume a water based lube such as KY jelly would also work. Avoid mineral lube Vaseline etc as they will over time cause the rubber fittings to degrade. This is to replace the previous fitting, a sudden mysterious leak at the back of the bowl turned out to be the effects of rats nibbling the connector. Now waiting delivery of a rat gate to fit in the inspection pit in the yard.
