Could the spandex chair covers fit over these chairs??

I have no idea if they would but these are not very nice chairs would not recommend them. They are like a lot of chairs but they also have a slope to their seat and back . I have limited mobility and would not trust that chair anywhere in my home

These are quality chairs. Very wide and deep seats. These will definitely hold up.

will these rust if left outdoors?

Doesn’t Seem like it so far been outside for a few weeks rained a bunch of times
