Sometimes the simplest tools turn out to be the most useful. The P&P CHEF Mini Grid Baking Racks Pack of 2, made of stainless steel, might look like small, straightforward baking racks, but theyโre incredibly handy for cooking on a flattop outdoor griddle. I use one rack to hold my morning cup of coffee and the other to keep cooked foods off the griddle surfaceโensuring they stay warm without overcooking. The best for the price. Its a perfect size for the half tray from Costco. Quality is good enough because it handled more than 12 hours in the smoker.

These cooling racks are EXACTLY what I needed. I wish I had these years ago. They fit perfectly in my sheet pans and will be able to hold many types of foods I bake.

This has cross pieces that most don't have...90 degree cross members that give extra strength and far higher quality...the steel is great quality and I highly recommend!
