How well does this clean compared to their tablets?

I've never used the tablets, but this liquid is AMAZING!!

Wonder why I received bottle with the labeling all in Spanish?

I am not certain of the correct answer. Mine was all in Spanish as well. Even to enclosed direction sheet in English would have been helpful.
