I bought three. One mounts my Bushnell red dot sight, the other two mount my 4X scope. On my M-4 carbine, I needed to remove my front sight - no big deal, just a couple of minutes of work - so the red dot did not superimpose on the tip of the sight. This gives me a fast and perfect field of vision, with the "ears" of the front sight almost automatically drawing your eye to the red dot. It also now completely clears the view of the low mounted scope. Removal and replacement of either takes you back to a perfect zero. Doug** A: The riser brings your optic up 15 mm or 0.6 inches (top of the original picatinny section to top of the new sction). The entire unit is 21 mm or 0.82 inches high (from the bottom of the clamp to the top of the new picatinny section) **Q: Anyone using this with a TRS-25 ?** A: I an using it on a Henry AR-7 with a TRS-25 and it works great! **Q: Does this fit loose or tight to the rail? Mine is loose and slides back and forth.** A: I discovered that the set screw is missing on the 3 slot QD rail adapters. I didn't check mine when they first arrived and now only some months later found the set screw is missing on two different orders. I am trying to contact UTG to see if they can send me some set screws but in the meanwhile I will see if I can find some hex machine screws that fit to accomplish the same thing. These mounts should be adjustable for a tight fit with zero movement. **Q: Will this be co witness with keltec sub2000 gen2?** A: I have a Sub 2000 and with my Vortex Venom it will NOT co-witness. That is great precision. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Missing adjustment screw. *by S***H on May 29, 2021* I would have given this five stars if it wasn't missing the set screw that adjust the clamping tension. Reading other reviews it seems to be somewhat common. If you receive one without the set screw and don't want to return it, the screw is a m5 set screw that is 4mm long. I have easy access to them, so I keep the one I received. That being said this is a nicely machined item that clamps down solid once you adjust the tension with that screw. The mount comes with an allen wrench and instructions for tension adjustment. The body and clamp bar are made from aluminum with a pressed in steel cross stud and aluminum cam lever.
