**Q: To clarify, is this like a reed diffuser or do you light this as you do with a Lampe Bergère?**
A: This item is not to be burned. The fragrance comes through the flower like a reed diffuser does. There is a wick on the bottom of the flower

**Q: can you refill the bottle?**
A: Yes, the bottles can be refilled. You can also refill them with a different scent if you choose, but you should let the ceramic flower air out the previous scent first if you do that.

**Q: can this be refilled? is it like a normal lampe, just smaller?**
A: Yes, it can be refilled but I found you need to continue to use the same scent or a scent that blends well with it as the ceramic flower does retain some of the smell even after the liquid has evaporated.  I really liked it especially for smaller areas like my office or den.

**Q: Is the ceramic flower supposed to have a wick attached?  I bought 2 of these from 2 different sellers on Amazon and neither has a wick attached?**
A: Yes, in the package, there should be a wick (1 1/2" x 3/16") that is inserted into the base of the flower.
