Does the dust pan have a Rubber lip? As some of my floors are not quite level x

Hi, the dustpan doesn't have a rubber lip but it has an angled tapered lip, i find it picks up very well

when it is folded up straight how wide is it from the bottom of the pan to the little foot that folds out? Need to store it in a narrow space.

At the widest part at the base where the little foot folds out is exactly five inches wide. Also I'd also add that the handles of both the dustpan and brush are generous enough in height for somebody who is tall, ie longer than the cheaper makes, the brush handle being 49 inches and the pan handle 38 inches (it looks like you can make either the pan or brush the longer handle). I put the set together swiftly as the threads of the handles screw together with ease and are clicked into place at the bottom of each tool (both are very sturdy). The coloured part of the set is actually orange which forms a nice cheerful contrast against the black. I do hope this helps.

Can it be looked into position to stop it moving

My dustpan doesn't move. It sits flat.against the ground and the brush clicks into this when not in use.

The brush head swings like a pendulum. Does it lock in place or is mine faulty?

The brush head should not move, my handle sometimes gets loose but soon sorted.
