One thing I could say is, the silicon plate is cut to snug on the plate. Very little room for anything else. **Q: Does it come with a wrench for the screes** A: I comes with a Phillips screw driver to use on the supplied screws. I did not use the screws that came with the kit. I was able to use my OEM screws and still use the caps that came with the plate frames. **Q: White border, but where is the white caps (mine only has black and chrome?) It makes no sense?** A: Judging from the other selections - it appears that black and chrome are the only options.
