So in this case where I found the item grossly underdesigned for the task at hand I felt I had to leave a review as a caution to others looking at the item. You can see from my attached pictures as well as the actual product photos in the listing on Amazon here that the base socket is press fit onto the plastic base by mechanical means only with no additional glue or epoxy to aid in the bond. Also the wire connections were twisted together with no solder to electrically bond the five bulbs sockets together. Moreover the center contact bundle of wires *red" were very thinly "spot welded" to the socket center contact. I am not sure how the return or neutral white bundle shown in the picture were connected to the screw of the base socket but they appeared to be sandwiched between the screw base and the plastic housing...again using just what mechanical fastening the press fitting of the socket to the plastic housing provided (i.e. not much at all). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Help cast out the Shadows of Doom with these Bad Boys! *by A***9 on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2018* Oh.... Turned on the light and only 2 lit up. Switched the bulbs around and only 2 still lit up, so I knew it wasn't the bulb. Tried a 4th bulb to be sure and that dead socket stayed dead. Going to return.I ordered a second adapter, but haven't had a chance to test it.
