This item is a very simple design, but it functions very well also. The handle is very light and easy to manage, although the rubber grip material is fairly basic. The storage compartment is a nice touch, although i don't know what you could really fit in there. I did like the standard size stud on the handle, as i put a few of my different go-pro mounts on to it with no issues. the bonus thumb screw attachment works well, and does indeed make for faster swaps. Overall, you really can't beat this for under $10.. Unbeknownst to me, the clip (separate purchase, not one supplied) that attached it to my buoyancy vest somehow detached. When I went to reach for it it was gone. I thought I had lost my GoPro for good!. When I surfaced and climbed back on the dive boat, one of dive assistants had spotted it floating on the ocean, dove in and retrieved it.
