I used these in a Mole sauce. They are beautiful peppers: clean well dried, but not too dry. The peppers should still be a little flexible and leathery, and these were perfect. The Arbol peppers are quite hot, so I used fewer of them and more Guajillo. It was a project, but well worth the effort. Study the many recipes and videos out there, pick one and go for it. I loved the process and everyone loved the results.

Fresh chillies. Amazing fresh and tasty. Perfect bundle to give full flavor to Mexican dishes you are trying to replicate. Very beautiful, pliable, fresh smelling chillies.

This is a great little bag of peppers. Very fresh and flavorful. This mix is a must have for the authentic flavor.

Outstanding! I made a batch of genuine Texas Red using each of the four peppers, toasted and steamed in beef broth. Blended with some adobe sauce and a few spices and it was magnificent. Could have been sitting in San Antone.

I ordered these chiles hoping for the best and they did not fail, they were soft out of the package and filled my dishes full of flavor. Will definitely be buying again.

All the other peppers were great… except the Passilla peppers. Complete dried and cracking into pieces. Tried using them for a sauce and seriously disappointed.

High quality product. Very flavorful. I’ve made a few batches of hot salsa using these. Mix and match to add a smoky flavor to the hotter peppers, or just single cook and blend for a direct flavor. Great value. The hot peppers have some good heat. Arbol are amazing

It had mold on some of them. I opened the guajillo chiles for birria and they had mold on them.
