He's hiding and the child gets to lift the flap and find him, which brings happy smiles. Recommended! Probably age 9 mos - 18 mos, but maybe older too, it's just that my ones are in that range. Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Bright, interactive, and durable—perfect for little hands and curious minds. - Little Green Frog is a beautifully illustrated and engaging lift-a-flap board book. The bright, cheerful artwork drew my toddler in right away, and she loves discovering the pond creatures hidden under each chunky flap—ducks, turtles, fish, and more. The simple sentences are easy for little ones to understand and help reinforce early language structure. The book is perfectly sized for tiny hands, and the six extra-sturdy flaps hold up beautifully to repeated lifting and exploring, making it a durable choice for growing readers. Overall, it’s a fun, interactive, and tactile story that’s been a clear favorite in our reading routine.

Beautiful Illustration and cute story
My toddler loves this book, she always brings this book to me to read to her. and She is very much involved in the story, she will wait for me to read the page, then open the inner page to reveal what's hid in there. So cute. The illustration is so pretty.

Her favorite
My kiddo loves this book. She loves the flaps, lifting them and seeing what’s underneath. And this book is so durable, the flaps are made from thick cardboard not just paper so much more sturdy, she can’t rip the flaps off. Awesome for little ones who don’t always have gentle hands.

Good book
This is a cute little book that I bought for my 14 month old who is obsessed with lift a flap books. I choose this because it said it was more durable, which the flaps are, they are very thick and sturdy. But the flaps are very easy to rip off of the book, which my son proved the first time we read this book. So if you can keep your kid from tearing the flaps off, it's a great book!

Great for little hands
We have several of these books. It started when someone gave us the one about colors and we have now added a few more to the collection - this one is a story about a little frog and the things he encounters on his adventure. I like this book because it mostly rhymes which lets me use some inflection for my baby to emphasize the storyline. We also (try to) talk about what else is on the pages. My baby is 1 year old and she she LOVES the chunky flaps on this book and gets excited just seeing this book and some of her others because she knows she will be able to open and close the various flap pages. This book is a thicker cardboard then some of her other books so I don't have to worry about her ripping the flaps apart (some of her books are paper flaps and she gets a little too excited and rips the flap off- she is 1). I would definitely recommend this book, the colors book and the bee book. the books are smallish so check the dimensions if you think it is a full sized book.

Short and engaging for little kiddos
I have a 2 year old son who is obsessed with frogs and prefers running around to sitting down to read a book. He loves this book because he can interact by pulling the flaps open on every page and look for the frog along with all the other animals in the story. He will actually sit and listen, and always asks for it again, again, again. It’s a short and simple story, best for 1-2 year olds.

Nice book with pretty rhymes. If baby loves flap books then it is a must have as the pages and flaps are veryyy sturdy. Pictures are bit small in size and camouflaged... but ok. Pictures are meant for toddlers and not babies.

My 18 month old toddler loves this book. We got it when he was about 10 months old but he’s only recently shown interest in it so don’t give up! The flaps are nice and thick for toddler hands to grab and not break.
