What’s the difference between the “oem style” and ”without divider”?

Early versions of the Mach E had vertical partitions that "divided" the front trunk into separate areas. If your car has these then this liner will not work, unless you drilled some holes in it.

Does the cargo liner work when the rear floor is both up on the clips and the lowered position?

Yes. They don't interfere with the rear floor.

There are three frunk mats… two of them (oem and no divider) both seem to be for use without the divider. what is the difference between those two?
