This stuff is great--I just use it in water. It does not mix really fast and easily, so what I do is first sprinkle some of this on the surface of the water, then sprinkle on top of that a scoop of Chia seeds. You have to stir for 1 minute or 2, or keep stirring periodically until the chia seeds don't try to clump together anymore (should be within 3 or 4 minutes). If you forget to come back and stir, they will clump together and then it's a little harder to break them up. After I pass the point of danger, I keep stirring periodically. If I stir it up in the morning, I let it sit for about 15 minutes and then drink. If I stir it up at night, I let it sit on the counter overnight. I also use All Day Energy Greens (dissolved separately), and that adds a little green flavor, but I can drink it either way. Lots of power!!!! With that and super blue green algae, often at 1 a.m. I am still not tired. But I have noticed the effect when I added Juvo or tried it by itself.

Been buying Juvo Raw for years now. It is my standard morning drink with water, before my morning coffee. As other reviewers have noted, it doesn’t stay mixed well so you don’t drink it all in one go you will have to mix it a bit. Neutral taste but packed with superfoods.
