It’s very comfortable to wear. The only negative is the Velcro straps don’t hold well at night, so I simply put some tape around it and slip the brace on and off. I find the brace very comfortable, adjustable and effective. The metal stay can be easily bent to fit comfortably. Good value for the money. **Q: Will it work for thumbs?** A: It may work but ideally it's long and suits the index, middle and ring fingers. **Q: can you lift weights with this on? thx all!** A: I don't think it would be possible as it keeps the finger straight. I would be leary of a good grip. **Q: does it go on and off easily?** A: Yes.
