It is quite heavy and well made. Looks just like the wt scales in medical clinics. Instructions are written by native English speaking persons with good photos. A small but important assembly tool is included. Wheels on scale on some units are very helpful in moving. Assembly requires laying the scale flat over a padded table or perhaps a bed.
