**Q: Is the material on the top cover stretchy? And, does the inside white layer of the bolster have a zipper as well?**
A: No, the cover is not stretchy, it feels like suede. 
There is a zipper for the white layer inside.

**Q: My bolster is still flat. How long to expand? I have had mine for 5 days**
A: What do you mean by "flat"???  If it hasn't expanded to at least 5" or 6 " in height, then it may be defective.  I left my bolster out for about 5 days, and it expanded in height to about 5", but it expanded unevenly (also it was hard as a rock and VERY uncomfortable), so I attempted to return it via UPS with an Amazon return code.  UPS wouldn't accept it because it wouldn't "fit into the Amazon Box" and asked me to wrap it individually. 😮  Maybe your experience will be different.

**Q: How do you wash the cover?**
A: Unzip it and throw it in a washing machine, then hang it up to dry!

I was very eager for this item to be delivered especially after reading other reviews. I am a 500 RYT, and certified reflexologist who was super thrilled to find this deal. However, the one I received was highly stained by the burgundy more so Martin colored cover and the poorly sewn, torn and stuck pieces in the zipper as shown in pictures. It has not fluffed up after 36+ hours so I’m doubtful in the quality of the cushion as well. I’m not sure what to do as this is an odd an inconvenient item to package and return. Extremely disappointed in the over all quality, color staining from the fabric cover, and the poor sewing and hole filled inside cover. Buyers please take note.
