I purchased these a little over a week ago just trying to find something that would give me some much needed energy. Ordered twice actually but lost the first one in a move. So trying now. I got this because many of the reviews talk about it helping with iron. I have anemia and so far it has been very difficult to get my iron levels up. This has lower amounts in it. I haven't been tested since taking it to see if it actually makes a difference. But, after a few weeks taking I can say I feel generally better all around. For this I will continue taking. It is cheap but there's not very many in these small bottles so I'd say the price is comparable to other similar supplements per count. The pills are really big and I absolutely hate taking large or really any size but miniscule pills at this time in my life, I used to take handful of vitamins and herbs daily, but No more. However, despite it's size the coating on this pill really Does make a huge difference in it being easy to swallow. I don't know if it's the bad red dye that we should stay away from but I have had no problems with this pill. I think if you're looking for a vitamin with these ingredients, this is good to try. We all respond differently so keep that in mind
