Dead yeast, won't ferment
I should have listened to the reviewer who said this didn't work, but I wanted a mix that had the yeast already it it. After letting this ferment in my oven on proof for the correct rising/fermenting temp for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, there was zero fermentation. I ended up just dumping the whole batch. The directions say to let it ferment for an hour, so there should have been some bubbling and yeast growth Nope. No clue why this is dead, but you're better off ordering the mix without yeast and putting in your own. I'll be stuck using this as if it were just the flour. Not happy with this mix.
