Don't treat this brand of Grated Parmesan Cheese like a typical brand either. Keep it refrigerated right after openning it and using it to keep it fresh for long. Don't leave it in your kitchen Cupboard. The only thing I don't like is that it does not seem like there is much Parmesan Cheese in the bottle or maybe it is just me. It is "cellulose" which is added to prevent caking. You can see it in the ingredient list. **Q: Is this GMO free?** A: I took this from their product page - In my experience if it is not clearly denied I would not assume it is not.
