It's 100% polyester so I would think it would work great. It won't shrink.

How long can the neck strap be extended?

It’s adjustable , and can be made larger, or smaller, I can’t imagine it wouldn’t fit anyone. Great apron wash and dries like a dream.

Are apron ties long enough to tie in front due to a handicap I can't reach the back? Thanks

The strings are really long but, depends on how big your waist is. I wear a ladies Med / large and can wrap them around to tie in front.
