Not all oven are the same. You need to keep that in mind and make your own adjustments. For some more advanced information I had google for videos. Overall it was good buy.

Book contains a lot of useful information. Recipes have many details on process, ingredients, tools. Its not another "cookbook" photo album. If you are beginner in baking, this could be good starting point for information. I did follow recipes and result was good, but you have to make adjustments to your local flour or yeast. Not all oven are the same. You need to keep that in mind and make your own adjustments. For some more advanced information I had google for videos. Overall it was good buy.
