It does work!
This product does help with the acid reflux. Taste is reasonable and the little packets are easy to keep on hand. I’ll keep using Reflux Gourmet.

Chocolate caramel is the best
Recommended by ent for lpr. I take one teaspoon (one packet)at night before going to bed and sometimes during the day after an acidic meal. Seems to help with throat irritation and throat clearing. My favorite flavor is the chocolate caramel.

Very helpful--I recommend
This is very helpful is controlling the symptoms of my reflux. It's one of the many tools I use to avoid using drugs to control reflux as I am concerned about the effects of long term use of these drugs.. I highly recommend this product.

Trying for emergency heartburn relief.
This was pretty effective to stop heartburn as an emergency measure. It was pretty effective but did raise my glucose

For my personal needs, it didn't really work
It didn't really work for me. But the flavor profile was really excellent. It gave no relief for my particular GERD/Barrett's Esophagus heartburn reflux episodes. I take omeprazole daily and in emergencies, baking soda dissolved in water. The company kindly stood by their product and refunded my purchase price. It may work for you. Only you will be able to decide.

Not just for heartburn
It worked for my burning gastritis. I felt relief immediately! Keeping two packets everywhere, car, purse, pocket.

Take immediately after eating
Works if I take it immediately after a meal. Once the reflux starts this does not work.

Reflux Gourmet is expensive
It is not suitable for me, but I cannot return it. It is expensive, doesn't help me and such a waste of money. The sugar level is so high, it is too sweet! The mint chocolate flavour is awful, the caramel is a bit better. But it is too sweet for those severe GERD/LPR person even to swallow it.
