Very finicky syncing
Works well as a device for injecting insulin. However the NFC bit is a bit temperamental. You have to put the end of the device precisely over the location of the NFC chip in your phone even though you can't see the chip. As a result syncing frequently fails. Persistence & keep moving the device millimetres to a new spot to try again.

I did wonder how the data will connect but linked to my LIBRALink app app well, so pleased.

Display not working, it supposed to be new however the most important part for me its not working. Also it's not returnable

I purchased this Injection pen in September 10th 2022 according to the warranty information the battery SHOULD last for 4 to 5 yrs take this information with a very large pinch of salt the battery in mine is running out and is showing end in the display I contacted the seller who told me I needed to contact Novo Nordisk the maker. I did this only to be told they do not support Amazon purchases Or sellers so if you want one of these be warned don’t expect any warranty, it’s a crying shame as it is a great device apart from the battery life I shall just have to use as is.\

Cannot use with my cartridge
No clear indication of supported cartridge. I cannot use it with my cartridge but it in non-refundable!!!

Don’t buy from here
Absolute awful service. Battery died after 1 month. Told me I needed to contact Novo direct. You need to brush up on the Consumer Act 2015. Awful seller
